Subaru loves animals and our pets are family. That’s why Subaru strives to support animals everywhere. Heritage Subaru Catonsville shares the latest efforts and our favorite pet-friendly Subaru accessories.
Subaru Loves Pets® Initiative
With millions of pets entering shelters just last year, Subaru is dedicated to helping in any way that they can with the Subaru Loves Pets® initiative. Every October, many Subaru dealerships host adoption events to help pets find loving homes. Subaru also provides direct funding to animal welfare partners to help cover the costs of preparing animals for adoption, veterinary expenses, and more. To date, over $75 million has been donated, which has supported the rescue, adoption, and health of more than 900,000 animals.
How to Help
To show your support, you can order an “Animals Badge” from our Subaru Badge of Ownership Lifestyle Icons. For every badge ordered in October, Subaru will donate $1 to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or ASPCA (up to $5,000 total). Subaru will also donate $30 per purchase of select Subaru pet-friendly accessories (up to $10,000 total). Text “PETS” to 78243 and Subaru will donate $1 after you sign up to receive promotional texts (up to $25,000).
